We strongly encourage users to read the details of each package before signing up to avoid any unwanted charges. That being said, we offer the refunds in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: You were unable to take advantage of your Eyrieplay membership due to technical issues stemming from Eyrieplay itself.
- Fraud: The account/credit card was unknowingly used, by someone other than the credit card holder.
- Payment Error: You were charged in error by Eyrieplay.
- Unmet Expectations: If Eyrieplay doesn't meet your expectations. Refund claims must be sent to our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 60 days from the date of the contested payment.
